CEO, European Group Ltd. MR John Roberts John has 15 years' experience in the metals and metal derivative markets. He joined the European Group in January 2008 as head of metal derivatives trading, structured products and risk management. John was appointed the group's CEO in 2010. Before that he spent almost five years with Scotiabank Europe plc., London. In UK, he was a key member of the bank’s metals derivatives business, ScotiaMocatta, and developed precious metals structured products. His responsibilities encompassed the company's worldwide metal trading activities and structured finance business. He was also a member of the group's treasury and banking executive management team. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

CFO, European Group Ltd. MR Jake Perosh Jake joined the European Group in December 2008 with responsibility for finance, tax, legal, operational and compliance matters. He was named the Chief Finance Officer in 2009. He started his career in audit at Ernst & Young moving, once qualified, to its corporate recovery department where he undertook independent business reviews and other investigations, as well as formal debt restructurings. Jake is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Warwick and holds a MBA from the London Business School.

COO, European Group Ltd Anthony Miller Anthony has a wealth of experience in the precious metal and investment advisory field. He started his career as a market analyst for BHP Billiton before joining the J. Safra Sarasin Group in 2003. He graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Economics and Management, and also holds a MBA from Warwick University. He joined the European Group in 2007 as the head of business development and corporate strategy, and was appointed the group's Chief Operations Officer in 2013.
